The responsibilities though not limited to, will include:Respond to and maintain records of client inquirers regarding the laboratory's capabilities, service offers and the progress of analytical work
Generate and finalise invoices, issue reports as necessary to meet client requests
Ensure analytical data quality checks are approved by NATA signatories, monitor and taking action on reporting controls
Collaborating with the Laboratory Manager, check invoices against service offers, contracts, client requests and services delivered to ensure work is fully costed in line with current charges and business policies
Assist with payment record management, COD invoices and client contacts when required
