Our Client
My client is a growing, boutique Financial Services firm located in the heart of the CBD. This role is newly created and for someone who wants to come in and put their own stamp and become a key member in the Client Services Manager Department. It will support the senior leadership team and have great exposure nationally.
The Role
As a a successful Client Services Officer, your duties will include but not be limited to:
- Performing calculations and analysis required under the credit policy
- Completing credit applications
- Performing searches required under the credit policy
- Updating and entering information into the finance/information system
- Support for/involvement in transaction settlement process and post settlement requirements
- Monitor Client Services mailbox and support with client requests – Payouts, statements, etc.
- Type of role: Permanent Full Time
- Location: Sydney CBD
- Salary: $70k - $80k + superannuation
- Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm
As a successful Client Services Officer, you will offer:
- Relevant tertiary qualifications eg Bachelor of Commerce/Business/Economics
- Relevant experience in financial/professional services highly preferable
- High level of numeracy
- Strong analytical skills
- Superior written and verbal communication skills
