As the newest team member, you will play a pivotal role in the central team supporting our field-based audit teams. Your responsibilities will extend to managing a designated client portfolio with a keen eye for detail, connecting seamlessly with others, and an unwavering commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
- Quality check work received from our field Auditors to ensure jobs are completed within internal and external guidelines;
- Identify opportunities and propose enhancements to streamline processes and boost efficiency;
- Spearhead transformative change through technical automation in excel;
- Following up queries whilst providing exceptional customer service via email and phone;
- Maintaining the internal system; schedule of audits, dealer and auditor info, in accordance with standard procedures;
- General administrative and customer service responsibilities;
- Adhere to policies and procedures; and
- Provide support to the organisation through general office administration duties in an effective, efficient and proactive manner.
Skills & experience:
- Previous administration experience in an administrative environment would be advantageous (medical, legal, automotive, construction, etc.);
- Proficiency in recognizing enhancements within business processes, including refining customer experience, to maximize the efficiency and effectiveness of service delivery;
- Proficient in the Microsoft office suite;
- Intermediate experience in visual basic advantageous;
- Python experience advantageous;
- Great interpersonal skills and a keen eye for detail;
- Show motivation and initiative in all working aspects/duties;
- Wholesale Finance or Automotive Dealership experience advantageous; and
- Time management, organisational & multitasking skills.
