Client Services Officer / Real Estate Trainee

Primary Aim of Position:
To provide a high level of support to the team
To provide an exceptional level of service to clients in their dealings with the organisation
To ensure accuracy, consistency and punctuality in all work produced
Key Responsibilities & Duties
Greeting clients at the office with a “silver service” experience
Liaising with clients via phone and email in a friendly, professional manner
Accurate typing & data entry
Maintaining & filing documentation
Maintaining neatness & efficiency of the office
Qualifications, Skills & Experience
Certificate III or higher in Property Services is highly regarded
High level of customer service skills is essential - experience in a customer facing role (reception, retail or hospitality)
Corporate presentation & dress
Good level of computer literacy, familiar with the Microsoft suite of products
High level of data entry accuracy
Driver's licence is required
