What you'll do
- Be the first point of contact for client phone calls, online queries and emails
- Ensure a smooth and consistent experience for all client interactions
- Maintain client-related data collection and ensure record systems are compliant with organisational standards
- Manage phone bookings, email and online queries efficiently
- Experience working in a call centre or contact centre
- Experience within NFP and/or support services is preferable
- Strong customer service, administration and communication skills
- An ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment
- Strong computer skills; experience in MS Office and using a CRM system is desirable

- 3-5 days per week, 12 month contract with possibility to extend
