About the role
The role is perfect for someone who is looking to either start their career in administration or develop and grow new skills in the professional services industry.
Venture can offer flexibility of hours between 27.5 to 38 hours per week.
You will be working closely with the Client Services team and advisers in order to support them in providing a high quality experience for new and existing clients.
You will also be responsible for:
- Booking appointments and managing advisers calendars.
- Greeting clients and visitors in a warm and friendly manner.
- Performing general administrative tasks, such as photocopying, data entry, email management and filing.
- Providing support to other team members as needed.
About you
- Able to develop rapport with people through strong verbal and written communication skills.
- An ability to take ownership of your work and meet workflow deadlines while working in a supportive team environment.
- A positive, energetic and inquisitive manner.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft applications and be comfortable with new technology.
