Australia's largest Certification Body- SAI Global is hiring for an experienced Client Services Specialist to join our friendly, supportive team.
This position is client-facing which will require the candidate to intimately understand the client's needs and solve any problems within our legal, accreditation, and program requirements. It plays a critical role in ensuring that tasks within a workflow are completed efficiently, accurately and with minimal risk and loss to the organisation within the appropriate service levels.
Responsibilities:
- Delivering a high standard of customer satisfaction to internal and external clients in a timely and accurate manner
- Communicate in writing and verbally, promptly and clearly regarding all client enquiries to exceed internal and external customer expectations
- Ensure client data is maintained and accurate
- Processing administration and scheduling activities
- Escalation of issues as and when required
- Build and nurture positive relationships with internal and external customers
- Assist customers through their problems by problem solving, trouble shooting, being adequately informative whilst maintaining accreditation, program, contractual requirements.
- Providing complete information about products and services to external clients
- Operational Support to internal stakeholders on an ad hoc basis as directed by your manager
- Maintaining knowledge in the accreditation, program rules, administration and scheduling processes and organisational personnel networks
- Complaints management; being able to take complaints for escalation to the appropriate level
- Attend and participate in client meetings as required
- Work with key managers and other teams to meet targets, implement agreed resourcing capacity and capability development plans
Education / Professional Qualifications & Experience Required:
- 1-2 years’ experience in a corporate environment
- Strong customer service experience
- Effective time management skills and the ability to prioritise projects and multi-task
- Advanced computer and operating systems literacy including office systems and database management
- Knowledge and/or experience with Certification Systems desirable
