Redpath Partners are working with an established investment group who have a number of Industrial Projects in construction and planning stage across Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane.
They are seeking an experienced Project Manager from a contractor background who has delivered Industrial Projects in Australia, someone that is a seasoned individual and has strong stakeholder management.
This role will look after the interests of my client and oversee the external engaged CSPM groups, you will also assist the in-house development team with planning and applications as required.
Current projects are largely CAPEX and extensions however new build projects across Sydney/Melbourne/Brisbane are on the horizon.
