What you'll be doing
Your role as the Manager, Implementation & Delivery is responsible for leading the development, coordination, and implementation of the Rouse Hill Hospital Development Project.
- Ensure design outputs and service delivery models align with project vision and objectives.
- Collaborate with leadership to identify and implement innovative care models.
- Optimize resource utilization and asset development.
- Engage stakeholders to ensure initiatives are contemporary, human-centered, and policy-compliant.

Selection Criteria:
- Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or high-level experience in project management, change management and enterprise risk management within a complex clinical and non-clinical healthcare setting.
- Demonstrated success in managing and prioritising multiple complex project tasks to effectively lead change/project teams towards the successful achievement of project objectives.
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience within the context of capital works projects including health facility planning, the application of the Australasian Health Facility Guidelines (AusHFGs), the inter-relationship between models of care and health infrastructure and associated operational policies and procedures.
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex change within an evidenced based change management framework - Knowledge of the Redesign Methodology and other methodologies used to implement change.
- Proven superior organisational, problem solving, evaluation and analytical skills including established competence in qualitative and quantitative data collection.
- Demonstrated high-level oral and written communication skills, interpersonal and negotiation skills applicable to a diverse range of stakeholders with a proven track record in building rapport and establishing trust to achieve shared goals.
- High level computer literacy skills, especially in MS Outlook, MS Teams, MS Word, MS Excel, MS Project and other project management applications.
- Current NSW Driver’s license and ability to travel as required by position across LHD.
