 What you'll be doing

Your role as the Manager, Implementation & Delivery is responsible for leading the development, coordination, and implementation of the Rouse Hill Hospital Development Project.

• Ensure design outputs and service delivery models align with project vision and objectives.
• Collaborate with leadership to identify and implement innovative care models.
• Optimize resource utilization and asset development.
• Engage stakeholders to ensure initiatives are contemporary, human-centered, and policy-compliant.
• Take a look at the Rouse Hill Development.

Selection Criteria:

1. Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or high-level experience in project management, change management and enterprise risk management within a complex clinical and non-clinical healthcare setting.
2. Demonstrated success in managing and prioritising multiple complex project tasks to effectively lead change/project teams towards the successful achievement of project objectives.
3. Demonstrated knowledge and experience within the context of capital works projects including health facility planning, the application of the Australasian Health Facility Guidelines (AusHFGs), the inter-relationship between models of care and health infrastructure and associated operational policies and procedures.
4. Demonstrated ability to lead complex change within an evidenced based change management framework - Knowledge of the Redesign Methodology and other methodologies used to implement change.
5. Proven superior organisational, problem solving, evaluation and analytical skills including established competence in qualitative and quantitative data collection.
6. Demonstrated high-level oral and written communication skills, interpersonal and negotiation skills applicable to a diverse range of stakeholders with a proven track record in building rapport and establishing trust to achieve shared goals.
7. High level computer literacy skills, especially in MS Outlook, MS Teams, MS Word, MS Excel, MS Project and other project management applications.
8. Current NSW Driver’s license and ability to travel as required by position across LHD.
