What is the role?
We are looking for an organised Project Coordinator, adept at problem solving to schedule and plan jobs end to end. You will be working in our project coordination team, liaising with our sales and consulting teams to deliver our projects on time and budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning and execution of jobs from start to finish.
- Coordinate job activities, resourcing, equipment and information
- Create and maintain job documentation, including schedules, budgets
- Coordinate meetings, workshops, and other job-related events.
- Monitor Job progress, identify any issues or delays, and propose solutions.
- Facilitate effective communication within cross functional teams and with stakeholders.
- Assist in the development and implementation of job management processes and best practice to continuously improve customer experience.
- Organize and maintain project documentation, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
- Assist with risk management and quality control measures.
