About the roleThe role of a Client Success Account Manager is a pivotal position that focuses on delivering exceptional account and relationship management to our esteemed clients based in Australia. With a primary responsibility for client retention, the Client Success Account Manager will oversee various aspects of the post-sales process, including onboarding, training, client service, and ongoing engagement. The ultimate goal is to cultivate and nurture client relationships, thereby maximizing the renewal of existing client revenue.
