Nightlife Music is searching for someone who takes pride in keeping everyone organised and everything on track. A new team member who can support our sales team and connect with clients.
Our music and video streaming service for business is well- established, having been in operation for over 30 years with a wide range of clientele – from gyms and holiday destinations to pubs, bars and other local venues.
As our user base continues to grow, so does our need to expand various areas of the business – including our Sales & Accounts Management team!
We're chasing a capable coordinator to support our Account Managers as they introduce new clients to Nightlife Music and cater to the needs of existing ones.

- Data administration and organisation – you consider this your main area of expertise!
- Accounts management – you can confidently jump straight into providing support.
- CRM databases – you understand the maintenance required for these business beasts!

- Support our sales and accounts processes
- Maintain our custom-built CRM database
- Prepare proposals, presentations and commercial agreements
- Ensure our Account Managers are well supported to manage client needs
If applying for this role, you should tell us about your...
- Advanced communication skills and highly developed interpersonal skills
- Aptitude for project management
- Experience in a fast-paced, team environment where you own(ed) a project(s)
- Experience managing or maintaining a CRM database (This will be highly regarded)
- 3 years of experience in an administrative or sales support role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word (This will also be highly regarded)
- General understanding of accounts invoicing and document processing
