About the role
The Client Success and Implementation Specialist is the first point of contact for sales leads and a key contributor to the evolution of our customer experience journey, including involvement in the design, contracting, onboarding, customer feedback and lifecycle management.
This role would suit someone with management, project delivery or medical administration experience gained within the healthcare sector (hospital, large clinic or private practice). This varied role will offer you the autonomy to do your best work and the opportunity expand your skills.
Integral to the success of this role is being able to build genuine relationships with our practices and doctors, problem solving ability to come up with creative solutions and be confident in speaking to doctors.
This is a full time, permanent role based either in our Kew, Hampton or Melbourne office, hybrid working.
Responsibilities:
- Participate in the sales process from initial contract to implementation
- Building strong relationships with new and existing clients to understand their business needs and goals
- Providing exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction
- Participate in the design process to create a complete solution for clients
- Managing the client onboarding process and ensuring successful implementation of our services
- Identifying opportunities to deepen client engagement
- Monitoring client usage and proactively addressing any issues or concerns
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships with key internal and external stakeholder and administration employees, third party providers and be capable of effectively communicating at all levels.
- Previous management, customer centric, project delivery or medical administration experience gained in healthcare (hospital, clinic or private practice)
- Proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong analytical skills and ability to identify areas for improvement
