About You:
You thrive in dynamic, fast-paced settings and excel at multitasking. Your friendly, confident nature and exceptional communication skills make you a standout in any team. You're detail-oriented, adaptable, and ready to take on challenges.
You bring:
- 2+ years in customer service and rostering/logistics.
- Proficiency in MS Suite and various databases.
- Experience managing a large workforce.
- A current National Police Check (Aged Care / Vulnerable People).
- The Role:
- As a Client Support Officer, you'll be at the heart of our daily operations. Reporting to the Operations Lead, you'll manage schedules, appointments, and client needs, ensuring a seamless experience for our customers. You'll set the standard for excellent customer service and contribute to a positive, productive work environment.
