Clinic Administrator/Receptionist

Clinic Administrator - Part time opportunity available (30h/week)

A fantastic opportunity has become available at our Mackay clinic for a supportive and motivating administrator. This is a dynamic and fast-paced clinic! In this role you will be the first point of contact for all our patients and supply them with first class customer service.

Medical experience is not mandatory, but you must be willing to learn!

Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Maintaining up to date diary of therapists and opening hours
• Confirm, reschedule, cancel appointments
• Efficient coordination of clinic communications (emails/letters etc)
• Following all procedures and policies
• Ensure adequate levels of supplies
• Maintain general tidiness of clinic and treatment rooms
• Process different types of  payments – Cash, EFTPOS, HICAPS, cheques, and issue receipts
• Maintain correct and up to date patient records
   

About you:

• Availability Monday - Friday, between 8am to 6pm.
• Effective Communication Skills both verbal and written
• Ethical judgement and decision making skills
• Attitude to take initiative and work in a team 
• Dedication and reliability
• Time management
• Attention to detail and problem solving skills
• Proficient in G-Suite (Google Workspace/ Word, Excel, Emails)
