Clinic Manager – endota spa Mordialloc

• $75,000+ per annum + Superannuation + Commissions.
• Full time, permanent role. No late nights or Sundays.
• Work/life balance: 10am starts weekdays. 1 week Monday-Saturday, 2nd week Tuesday-Friday.

ABOUT THE ROLE

The purpose of this role is to lead & motivate our team of 10 passionate Therapists while ensuring the smooth running of the spa. A large component of this role is Sales & Administration based so you will need to have a proven history of meeting/exceeding KPI’s in a Beauty environment.

The role will be approximately:

• 60% Management/Sales/Administration/Front Reception duties.
• 40% Massage & Facial treatments.

Essential Attributes:

• Minimum Diploma in Beauty Therapy (completed).
• Recent in spa experience & confidence in massage and facials.
• Proven ability to lead & motivate a team & to meet/exceed KPI’s.
• Previous endota experience is an advantage but not essential.
• Well spoken, friendly and reliable.
• Computer literate (experience using Zenoti is an advantage).

JOB SPECIFICATIONS

Hours: Full time permanent position. Equates to 38 hours per week.

We place a large emphasis on work/life balance and offer a rotating roster of:

• Week 1: Monday – Saturday
• Week 2: Tuesday – Friday

10am starts on weekdays & no late nights.

**We can provide flexibility in the above days/times for the right applicant.

Remuneration: $75,000+ per annum (negotiable based on skills & experience) + Superannuation + Commissions.

Location: 550 – 552 Main St, Mordialloc VIC(all-day free, secure undercover car parking).
