The Role
QFG offering multiple positions for the role of clinic administration (Nursing). We are seeking candidates who are passionate and enjoy the challenges and responsibility of working within a specialised healthcare setting. The successful applicants will play an important role in the patients’ overall experience and smooth functioning of the fertility clinic, ensuring that a high-quality service is provided. The applicants will be responsible for providing informed financial consent and costings to patients, support the Nursing team and liaising with multidisciplinary teams across our Brisbane clinics This full-time position is located at our largest clinic within the state in Spring Hill, Brisbane.
Role Responsibilities
- Principal Responsibility Administration duties within the Nursing team
- Managing procedure bookings Data Entry including VPS
- Reception/Admin duties including scanning of records into VPS
- Compliance with the requirements of the unit quality management system.
- Compliance with Workplace Health & Safety Guidelines
- Assist with Patient Pathway management -consents; blood screenings; procedure lists
- Cost talks and quoting
Desirable Qualifications
- Infertility clinic experience
- Knowledge of the principles and experience in the implementation of Quality Management Systems
- Sound interpersonal skills
- Working knowledge of IT systems
