Blue Care is expanding its fully remote, telehealth service delivery model that will complement existing face-to-face in-home delivery. Being part of a centralised function of Statewide Clinical Nursing team, you will be using the state of the art virtual health care technology in the provision of care based on assessed client needs that promotes quality of life and enhances the ability of individuals to maintain their independence and remain within their home in the community.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a telehealth team as a Clinical Nurse, providing expert clinical advice through undertaking nursing assessments and support to clients. What makes a difference for us?
As an experienced Registered Nurse, you’ll demonstrate a commitment to delivering person-centred, empathetic care. You will present with:
- High level clinical reasoning and care planning skills
- Ability to work effectively via virtual partnership with a multi-disciplinary team
- Tertiary qualification in Nursing which meet the requirements of the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia
- Current AHPRA Registration
- Post graduate qualifications in continence management or working towards (highly desirable)
- Experience with MASS/CAPS applications and reviews is highly desirable.

What makes a difference for us?
You will be an experienced clinician, with considerable experience within an acute or aged care environment. You’ll be an advocate for person-centred care, leading by example through exceptional communication and customer service. You’ll present with:
- Bachelor of Nursing, or equivalent qualification
- Current AHPRA registration
- Extensive general nursing experience and demonstrated skills reflective of clinical experience.
- Ability to liaise with the care team and to provide co-ordinated care.
- Confidence to manage conflict, pressures and competing priorities
- Experience working in a multidisciplinary team with ability to provide leadership, support and mentorship to other team members
- Demonstrated experience and knowledge in community funding is highly desirable
