- Salary: ASO2 - $57,842 - $62,221 (p.a.)+ Superannuation & Salary Sacrifice Benefits
- The incumbent is required to work across Integrated Care sites/services (located across Adelaide CBD and inner metropolitan suburbs)
- Full Time, Contracted Role up to 30 June 2024 (with possibility of extension)
- This position is required to work across Integrated Care sites/services on a 7 day roster.

The Clinical Administrative Officer works as part of a team to ensure the provision of confidential, high quality and accessible Clinical Administration services across Integrated Care (IC).
The position is responsible for:
- Providing an effective and efficient patient administration service to a diverse client group. This includes patient reception, scheduling appointments, maintaining patient records/documentation management, Medicare billing, facilities management, fleet management, data processing activities etc
- Working collaboratively with others to promote a positive team culture underpinned by knowledge sharing, teamwork, and solution orientated approach
- Contributing ideas and participating in ongoing change initiatives to improve Clinical Administration systems, processes and policies
- Preparing timely, clear, concise and high quality agendas, minutes and other correspondence
- Booking interpreter and transport services
- Other administrative functions as required
This position is required to work across all IC sites (based in and around the Adelaide Central Business District (CBD).

Essential Requirements:
- Current National Police Clearance (NPC)
- Working With Children Check (DHS)
- Immunisation screening as indicated in the role description. SA Health Services are required to implement the Addressing vaccine preventable disease: Occupational assessment, screening and vaccination policy in the workplace.
