An opportunity has become available for an experienced person to join a large successful Company as a Receptionist / Sales Administration Officer at the Wingfield Facility.
Reporting to the Sales Manager you will be required to utilise your administration and people skills on all day-to-day activities.
Key tasks:
- Reception duties-taking in bound calls
- Contacting Customers for their orders
- Data Entry – Keying Customer orders
- Other admin duties as required
- Previous administration experience
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Computer literate with accurate data entry skills
- Attention to detail
