This is a Permanent Full Time position, with some work from home arrangements available (up to two days a week). The role may require working outside normal working hours (i.e. 24x7 operations) when required, including on-call support.

Where you'll be working
Office based at Royal North Shore Hospital, St Leonards or at Gosford Hospital, Gosford.
Our team supports all facilities across NSLHD & CCLHD, so travel to other sites within NSLHD and CCLHD is required.
What you'll be doing
The Clinical Business Analyst will be responsible for developing and maintaining the customer interface.
The position is responsible for business process review and analysis, workflow mapping, requirements elicitation and prioritisation, specification documentation, planning and facilitation of user acceptance testing, production of training and change management materials, establishment and management of governance and endorsement processes.
The Clinical Business Analyst will be working with stakeholders across Northern Sydney and Central Coast Local Health Districts for identification and implementation of business and organisational change management initiatives in the context of Clinical Systems.
This position is also involved in policy creation and review, assisting with tender documentation, briefs and business cases.People of Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander background encouraged to apply.
Candidates will need to meet the following criteria:
- Qualifications in Health / Health Sciences or equivalent work experience in a Cerner health environment. (Extensive clinical experience in hospital environments).
- Extensive experience in conducting business process re-design, documentation of workflow, data flow analysis diagrams, benefits realisation and change management documents. Proficient in Microsoft Visio, Project, PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills including the ability to prepare project documentation, analyse, interpret policies, procedures and standards, give presentations and liaise effectively at all levels.
- Demonstrated experience as a change agent and in providing advice on and interventions for complex change issues across ICT programs.
- Excellent planning, time management and organisational skills particularly in the area of managing multiple tasks/conflicting priorities and multi-disciplinary issues to meet deadlines.
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to work within multidisciplinary teams and key stakeholders both internal and external to the organisation to achieve desired outcomes. Excellent customer service skills and the ability to analyse client requirements.
