AND YOU ARE?
In addition to aged care team leadership experience as CCC or Senior RN, you have:
- Effective, well-developed verbal and written communication skills
- AHPRA RN Registration
- Knowledge of Aged Care standards and regulatory requirements
- Proven experience overseeing RNs and care staff – goal setting and lifting their capacity
Reporting to the Senior Clinical Manager, your responsibilities include:
- Visibly supporting, educating and mentoring the RNs and care staff
- Ensuring adherence to policies and procedures
- Providing strong stewardship of well documented care practice for the facility
- Identifying and closing complaints and clinical gaps
- Upholding and improving documentation practices
- A genuine willingness to ‘muck in’ and help out where it’s needed
- Change management and continuous improvement
