We are looking for Residential Aged CareClinical Care Coordinator in the Hervey Bay Region.

Responsibilities
- Provide expert Clinical Care to elderly residents, including assessment, planning, and delivery of care.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care plans tailored to individual needs.
- Administer medications, manage chronic conditions, and monitor residents' health status.
- Promote a culture of respect, dignity, and quality of life for our residents.
- Foster a warm and supportive environment for both residents and their families.
- Contribute to ongoing quality improvement initiatives and best practice guidelines
The Requirements
- AHPRA Registered Nurse
- Strong clinical skills are essential
- Would suit a very experienced Aged Care RN looking to take a step up
- Ideally experience in a senior Registered nurse role or Clinical Nurse role with a solid tenure
- Demonstrated working knowledge of current Aged Care standards, accreditation and auditing processes
- Excellent interpersonal skills and extensive leadership and management experience
- Proven ability to identify continuous improvement initiatives and implement new systems and processes
- Current Flu Vaccination and Covid Vaccinations
- Police Check
- Must have valid Australian Working Visa
