Qualifications & experience
- Bachelor of Nursing with current AHPRA registration
- A strong commitment to excellence and continuous quality improvement with a sound working knowledge of quality principles and accreditation
- Demonstrated analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to interpret data, make an informed decision and take appropriate action in a timely manner.
Tasks & responsibilities
- The Clinical Care Coordinator (CCC) position is responsible for providing clinical leadership, planning, review and assessment of all aspects of clinical delivery at the facility to ensure that the safety and wellbeing of residents and staff is maintained.
- Provide clinical guidance and support to registered nurses and care staff
- The role is critical to ensuring the clinical performance of the facility with a key focus on resident care planning, quality assurance and continuous improvement, maintaining accreditation standards, overseeing the provision of specialised nursing care to residents.
- Responsible for Infection Prevention Control.
