A day in the life as our Clinical Care Manager with Regis, may see you;
- Promote, encourage, and ensure the implementation of continuous improvement activities in all aspects of clinical and lifestyle services.
- Ensure that all clinical documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
- Coordinate and oversee all scheduled audits and clinical indicators are completed in line with the schedule.
- Ensuring that all resident Health records and clinical documentation is relevant.
- Ensuring that best practice guidelines with medications management is observed and regularly monitored.
About you
As a collaborative and senior member of the Operations leadership team, with clinical experience within the aged care sector, you will have:
- Current AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse.
- Knowledge and experience OR qualification in Gerontic nursing.
- Understanding or ability to learn the attributes of the Commonwealth Funding System in relation to AN-ACC/ACFI.
- Ability to lead and manage staff in a Clinical Care setting
- Demonstrated understanding of the relevant Laws, Acts, Regulations, Charters and Codes of Practice.
