The exciting opportunity:
- Clinical responsibility of home care packages in Perth’s inner suburbs
- Grow and manager a team of carers, ensuring operational efficiency, and high standard delivery of nursing care to clients with an established plan of care
- Interact with a diverse clientele whilst closely liaising with referral sources, families, carers, and administrative staff members
- Ensure exceptional customer service from all staff and investigate and respond to feedback and complaints
- Assist with the implementation of a suitable In Home Care model and identify opportunities for new products and services
- Focus on continuous improvement of care processes with efficient integration of technology into workplace
- Maintain precisely recorded documentation into databases and software programs in accordance with quality standards and frameworks
- Be the company’s representative to industry bodies & professional contacts through conferences, health fairs and other community service functions, and community committees
- Be part of a respected organisation with established policies and procedures
- Opportunity to be innovative with a view to delivering care services to meet the market

- Current AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse
- A proven track record as Clinical Manager within home care, disability or residential aged care
- A passion for innovative continuous improvement initiatives and commitment to delivering exceptional quality care
- Possess commercial acumen with ability to perform assessment and care planning
- Must be resilient, dynamic, emotionally intelligent, passionate and energetic
