- support the Facility Manager whilst you lead and are supported by a team of nurses and carers
- provide clinical guidance to residents and staff
- review and update resident documentation ensuring accuracy
- monitor medication management ensuring best practice guidelines are being observed
- oversee and ensure the delivery of quality, person-centred care
- apply your knowledge of relevant legislation and experience in the Aged Care Accreditation process
- Current AHPRA Registration (unrestricted)
- Current Police Check
- Evidence of COVID and influenza vaccinations
- NDIS clearance (or willingness to obtain)
- Experience in a similar role in aged care
- A passion and commitment for delivering quality care as you lead by example
- The ability to build and support a positive team culture
- Knowledge of relevant legislation
