- Remuneration at HEWL 5 $72,059 - $81,732 p.a.
- Up to 17% employer superannuation contributions.
You will provide high-quality, customer-focused services and support to Academic teaching staff to deliver clinical small group teaching and Assessment. You will deliver administrative support for the end-to-end clinical examinations across various disciplines. Your role involves meticulous maintenance of clinical examinations databases, ensuring attention to detail, confidentiality, record-keeping, and compliance. You will be instrumental in mitigating governance-related risks through impeccable administration, robust reporting and stringent data quality processes.
What you can bring to the role- Demonstrated ability to interpret policies, procedures and processes and acquire proficient knowledge to inform others.
- Informed organisational problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify business process improvement opportunities and exercise judgement to implement improvement initiatives.
- Demonstrated effective verbal communication and interpersonal skills with proven ability to maintain highly effective working relationships and communicate with a diverse range of customers.
- Effective computer and data entry skills using the Microsoft Office suite and ability to adapt to the use of new software packages with high attention to detail.
