The Emergency department transfers about 10 critical care patients a month for a variety of diagnoses including acute neurosurgical, cardiological, toxicological or trauma related conditions. The Role:
The Clinical Director will be responsible for the professional and clinical leadership and development of acute medical service, Hospital in the Home and Medical day infusion service. This is a very exciting time to be joining the acute medical service following the recent provisional accreditation of Basic Physician Trainees as a seconded site from Monash Health. The Clinical Director will also fulfil the role of the Director of Physician Training.
This is a permanent part-time opportunity 32 hours per fortnight.
