The Role
This key role will be responsible for contributing to the attainment of Volvo and internal targets for Finance volume, F&I income, and Departmental profitability.
The key skills and experience required are:
- Volvo Finance accreditation and Industry regulatory compliance
- Proven Business Manager success ideally in a prestige environment
- Team player and able to build strong relationships with all areas of the business but New, Used and Service departments in particular
- Ability to adapt to market conditions and accept the responsibility to meet budgets
- Commitment and passion
The successful candidate will have appropriate Finance and Insurance accreditation and at least 5 years' experience in a Business Manager role, ideally with a prestige automotive emphasis. You will be able to demonstrate success in previous roles and importantly you will have the maturity and to work with colleagues and integrate fully in the dealership team. You will display initiative, drive, and have superior organisational and interpersonal skills.
