About the Role
The successful candidate will be part of a dynamic and friendly team responsible for:
- Coordinating, overseeing and delivering an education plan for the provision of the highest standards of patient care
- Facilitating department based training and clinical competency assessments across undergraduates
- Providing leadership to a team of Clinical Facilitators
- Being an integral member of the clinical team orientating and educating new staff
- Assist departments to identify and develop quality indicators.
About You
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment (essential)
- Previous experience in an education role advantageous but open to training
- Demonstrated leadership skills with excellent communication skills and ability to effectively negotiate
- Positive role model and demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service
- Organised, efficient and professional with highly developed clinical problem solving skills and advanced skills in nursing assessment
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team and independently where required
- Innovative and flexible approach to education delivery
- Postgraduate qualification in Clinical Education (desirable).
Remuneration
On offer is an hourly rate ranging from $55.22 - $58.13 + superannuation, based off qualifications and experience. Exclusive of penalties and allowances. (VIC RN gr4A – gr4B)
Relocation assistance up to $5000 may be provided to the successful candidate.

Requirements
- Must provide a National Police check conducted within the previous 12 months
- According to the role, Ramsay may require a Working-With-Children check and proof of immunisation against infectious diseases, which may include Covid-19.
