About the Role
The Clinical Educator position is a hands-on role that will help provide education support to clinical staff and care for patients by being involved in department orientation, in-servicing, clinical competency program within the department as well as excellent clinical care to patients.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced registered midwife to join a dynamic team in a flexible and friendly work environment.
About You;
- Current registration with AHPRA
- Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in a midwifery setting
- Experience in the coordination and delivery of education
- An understanding of the theories and principles of adult learning
- Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to engage and motivate staff within a multi-disciplinary team
- Knowledge of policies, procedures and legislative requirements
- Holds a current Certificate IV TAE40116 or Assessors Skills Set
- Sound computer skills (MS Word)

Requirements
- Must provide a National Police check conducted within the previous 12 months
- According to the role, Ramsay may require a Working-With-Children check and proof of immunisation against infectious diseases, which may include Covid-19.
