We have continued to grow and as a result require a part / time Clinical Exercise Physiologist. This opportunity is ideal for an immediate start Exercise Physiologist. You would be stepping into existing clients looking to continue and expand their services.
We are seeking a Clinical Exercise Physiologist who is:
- Ideally has 1-5 years clinical experience
- Looking for a change of pace from busy CBD clinics or private boutique studio looking for more casual suburbia clinic
- Loves working as an EP and seeing a variety of clients / conditions
- Enjoys a busy caseload and keeping themselves busy
- Wants to work alongside, be apart of and contribute in a team of 5 other Physio’s, 1 Exercise Physiologist, Massage therapist and Dietitian
- Wants personal access to the Director and Senior Exercise Physiologist regarding professional development and mentoring
- Want to utilize the skillset of the Director and Senior Exercise Physiologist’s benefit or is currently frustrated with the mentorship provided by their current clinic
- Wants to grow personally and professionally from individualized mentoring aswell as group based professional development with Ex Phys’s and Physio’s.
- Maybe feels they have stagnated at their current clinic
The Role:
- Hourly rate up to $66-$83.
- We are looking for a Part-Time Exercise Physiologist to step into a caseload
- Your caseload will be primarily NDIS work. Located onsite in the Pilates Studio, next door in the 24/7 state of the art Gym, home visits, hydrotherapy or community park based sessions.
- Mixture of musculoskeletal, neurological, developmental, degenerative conditions. As well as some Pilates if you are experienced in this area.
- Fortnightly group 60min professional development with the Physio’s and other EP.
- Individual fortnightly 60min mentoring with the Senior Exercise Physiologist about case reviews, planning, skills.
- Be supported by a full complement administration staff - Practice Manager, NDIS Liaison, Accounts Manager and full receptionist roster. They are here to support you in your role including client retention.
- Be apart of a friendly work culture with team building activities and team bonding’s
- Depending on experience level onboarding process will be provided

Our Exercise Physiologist's embody a dedicated and hands-on approach in every aspect of their care. We're not here to provide a standard exercise plan and rush through the session. Instead, we commit to giving our clients the full consultation time, providing them with the highest quality care, and making a positive difference in their lives. Staff are able to utilize force plates and hand held force devices Kinvent as part of their therapy.

We have private treatment rooms we consult out of (no curtains dividing rooms) each with its own air-conditioning, ceiling speakers, phone and desktop.
We have an onsite Pilates Studio which we run 25+ classes a week from aswell as do 1-1 Pilates sessions and Exercise Based Rehab. We are situated next to the ifeelgood 24/7 gym which provides us free entry for ourselves personally and to train / assess our clients. We have onsite kitchenette and toilet.

- Unrestricted Australian working rights
- Full ESSA registration
- Professional indemnity and liability insurance
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a multimodal health team
- Experience and/or willingness to build networks and referral bases
- Own reliable vehicle with current driver’s licence
- Proficient with paperless note recording and ability to effectively self-manage own diary (preferable
