Reporting to the Assistant Director, you will work with a professional team who are all dedicated to making a different in the lives of their clients. About the role:Working in a contact centre, you will be providing high quality first point of contact customer service to individuals and their families requiring counselling and/or case management support.Triaging and coordinating intakes and referrals Scheduling appointments for one-on-one appointments or group counselling.Escalating cases complex or high-risk cases where relevant.Maintaining up to data and accurate records for all phone and email correspondence.Liaising and forming partnerships with other departments and organisations and community health and welfare agencies. About you: You will have current registration with the Australian Health Practitioners Registration Agency (AHPRA) or Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW)You will have Working with Children (WWC) and/or Vulnerable People Checks/Clearance (Blue Card) ideally, or have it granted before commencing the role.Experience in a similar clinical roleA passion for clinical psychology and social work to support mental health initiatives.
