Our Opportunity
This is a permanent part-time opportunity, working 15 to 20 hours per week.
This position can be worked from our head office (Tullamarine), or a hybrid/remote working arrangement will also be considered. We are seeking a qualified and passionate psychologist who is looking to take the next step in their career in management and to support clinicians in increasing their knowledge, standards and development.
About the Role
The Clinical Manager is responsible for supporting the high-quality delivery of clinical services across the business. This is a key role, ensuring leading client care, staff development, and adherence to professional standards and ethical guidelines.
This position involves working closely with a clinical team of psychologists, social workers, counsellors and students, as well as collaborating with non-clinical staff to support best practice and NVP’s values, mission and strategic goals.
About You
- Relevant qualifications and registration as a Psychologist.
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of evidence-based practices in psychology.
- Demonstrated leadership experience in a clinical setting (not necessarily management).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and team-building skills.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in clinical practice and staff development.
