ABOUT THE JOB:
Smart Air Services is an established Aerial Agricultural business servicing the Darling Downs & surrounding areas.
We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as Administration Coordinator to fill a permanent full-time permanent position. We're particularly interested in candidates who have prior experience in or a genuine interest in the agricultural sector.
The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in business and financial administration. Ideally, they should be experienced and proficient in Xero (or similar accounting software), and have exceptional computer literacy in the Microsoft suite.
Given that this role involves receiving and processing orders related to chemical application, meticulous attention to detail and accuracy is paramount. Additionally, as this position serves as the primary point of contact for our clientele, we're seeking someone with strong communication skills and a commitment to excellent customer service.
This role is based on a private property near Cecil Plains (25-minute drive from Dalby), necessitating daily travel to the site. Therefore, applicants must possess an unrestricted open driver's license and own vehicle.
The remuneration for this position will be structured in accordance with the Clerk’s Private Sector Award, with consideration given to individual experience when determining the package.

REQUIREMENTS:
- 2+ years administration experience
- Excellent communication skills
- High attention to detail & accuracy
- Proficient with computers and Microsoft Software
- The right to live and work in Australia
FAVOURABLE BUT NOT ESSENTIAL:
- Experience in agricultural industry
- Proficient in Xero or accounting software
- Forklift licence
