What You Will Be Doing The Towards Change Clinical Lead B will play an active integration role between the Frankston Local Service and Peninsula Health Area Mental Health and Wellbeing Services (PHAMHWS). Attending PHAMHWS leadership and governance meetings as a representative of the Frankston Local Service, the Towards Change Clinical Lead B will support ongoing communication, referral flow and shared care opportunities between services.What You NeedWe anticipate you will have:• Registered Nurse, Social Worker, OT or Clinical Psychologist with relevant registration.RPN ONLY: Post graduate qualification in Mental Health or specialist undergraduate Mental Health program.• Demonstrated management and leadership experience or a specialists undergraduate psychiatric/Mental Health nursing program.
