What You Will Be Doing The Towards Change Clinical Lead B will play an active integration role between the Frankston Local Service and Peninsula Health Area Mental Health and Wellbeing Services (PHAMHWS). Attending PHAMHWS leadership and governance meetings as a representative of the Frankston Local Service, the Towards Change Clinical Lead B will support ongoing communication, referral flow and shared care opportunities between services.What You NeedWe anticipate you will have:• Registered Nurse, Social Worker, OT or Clinical Psychologist with relevant registration.RPN ONLY: Post graduate qualification in Mental Health or specialist undergraduate Mental Health program.• Demonstrated management and leadership experience or a specialists undergraduate psychiatric/Mental Health nursing program. Requirements of the Role• Manage and provide leadership planning, develop and implementation of Mental Health Service initiatives in line with strategic objectives in line with Frankston Local Adult and Older Adult Mental Health and Wellbeing Service.• Coordinate and Supervise Clinicians• Oversee KPI’s• Be responsible for ensuring own professional development is up to date and in line with best practice standards.• Provide clinical and operational leadership to the team.• Provide leadership for the Mental Health Service ensuring the service achieves excellence in integrated and seamless care.• Provide operational support to Peninsula Health clinicians including rostering and budgeting.What NextApply now online, or contact the Recruitment team for more information.If you experience any issues signing in or registering, please feel welcome to contact us - the People Experience Team on (03) 9784 2700.
