The Opportunity
We are seeking an all-rounder to help support our busy team of professionals.
In the role you will serve as a receptionist and general firm administrator. We are seeking individuals with a positive attitude and enthusiastic approach to work weekdays 8.30am - 5.00pm.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Reception Duties including incoming call management
- Diary management
- File and archive management (filing, opening and closing files)
- General administration (photocopying, printing, scanning etc)
- Maintaining stock of office supplies
- Other administrative ad-hoc duties as required
To be successful in this position you will have:
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Dedication to providing outstanding client service
- High standard of personal presentation
- Ability to accept responsibility, use initiative and work as part of our friendly and enthusiastic team
- Proficient computer skills
