This early intervention service will enable families to access a range of evidence based individual and group interventions and supports for mild to moderate emotional, behavioural, social, relational, and developmental challenges. The Head to Health Kids Tas service will work with families, and universal, secondary, and tertiary service providers, to provide integrated and holistic care.
The North H2HK Tas Service will be operationally and clinically managed by CAMHS North. It is being established in partnership with the Department of Education, Children and Young people, CFLCs, Professional Support Services, Child and Family Services, and will work closely with other government, non-government, and primary care programs and services.
