The Clinical Lead will be instrumental in fostering clinical excellence across psychology and counselling services. Responsibilities include:
- Clinical Caseload Management: Handle a diverse range of cases across NDIS and Private Services, ensuring the application of contemporary best practices.
- Team Leadership: Provide education, support, and supervision to clinical staff, driving the development of the service.
- Strategic Support: Offer senior support across various capacities, including clinical supervision, project management, and specialist advice for clinical risk and complex presentations.
- Qualifications: Relevant tertiary qualifications in Psychology with current AHPRA registration.
- Experience: A minimum of 6 years of experience in psychology, including managing complex cases, with demonstrated leadership in enhancing service quality.
- Skills: Exceptional communication, a passion for learning, and a commitment to delivering the best outcomes for clients. Board approved Supervisor or willingness to undertake relevant training.
