Clinical Manager - Toowoomba

I am working with a progressive Aged Care organsation that specializes in providing comfortable and dignified care for seniors in residential care.
We are currently seeking an experienced, hands on leader to oversee this large Aged Care facility. This is an incredible opportunity for you to positively impact the lives of elderly residents by ensuring that the facility operates in compliance with governance standards, residents receive consistently exceptional person-centered care and customer service.

Requirements:

• Valid AHPRA Registration
• Experience in preparing and conducting clinical assessments, care plans, AN-AAC and accreditation compliance and documentation
• A willingness to work to meet the needs of the residents and facility
• A valid NDIS Workers Screening Clearance (or have the ability to get one)
• An immunisation record of COVID-19 Vaccine
