At The Headache, Neck & Jaw Clinic, we are the leaders in our field exclusively treating Head, Neck and Jaw conditions. We have an outstanding reputation amongst health professionals for being the best at what we do!
We currently have 5 clinic locations across South East Queensland: North Lakes, Nundah, Greenslopes, Taringa and Southport. We are a team of 19 Physiotherapists (with an amazing admin support team) who are passionate about our work and support continual improvement for all our team members, encouraging the development of a dynamic career within our field.

About the opportunity
Due to recent expansion and continued growth, we are seeking multiple additional Physiotherapists to join our existing team in a Full-Time or Part-Time capacity at our North Lakes, Taringa and Southport clinics with scope for other clinic locations as well. This is an opportunity to work with clients who appreciate the life changing results we can achieve with our specialised treatment approaches, making this role intrinsically rewarding.
We are looking for physiotherapists who have musculoskeletal experience within a private practice setting, who are motivated to develop skills in a supportive environment within a niche treatment area. Our newest team members must be willing to share knowledge and be taught the necessary assessment, treatment and communication skills, to empower meaningful changes in the lives of people suffering from chronic pain conditions including Headaches, Migraines and TMJ pain.
Any experience treating Headaches and Jaws is welcome but not necessary. We will provide extensive education and hands on training, to give you the skills and structures to identify clinical patterns and treat complex pain presentations with confidence.
This position includes:
- Full time roster, 38 hours per week, paid on a fortnightly basis or
- Part time roster based on flexible hours, paid on a fortnightly basis
- Generous salary package with additional incentive bonus
- Annual professional development allowance
- Friday afternoons off (we finish at lunch time!)
- No weekend work!
- Initial weekly one on one mentoring sessions with the Directors
- Ongoing monthly one on one mentoring sessions with the Directors and other Senior Physios
- Regular in-house PD training with a variety of visiting practitioners

Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Physiotherapy
- AHPRA and APA registration
- Profesional Indemnity Insurance
- Previous experience in private practice highly regarded
- Excellent bedside manner and customer service skills
- A positive outlook and friendly personality
