It is available to new and existing nurses working full-time, part-time on fixed-term and permanent contracts across 76 select sites. Eligible nurses and midwives may receive between $5,000 and $17,000 paid over 12-months.

About the OPPORTUNITY
We are seeking motivated and enthusiastic Clinical Nurses to work within our Cancer Services Department at the Kalgoorlie Health Campus. Previous experience working within Cancer Services is essential. We currently have 1.0 FTE available. Permanent full time or part time appointment is possible.
Part-Time hours are subject to operational requirements and will be negotiated with the manager.
The Goldfields Cancer Service is comprised of a diverse team of locally based health professionals and visiting specialists.
Available services at Kalgoorlie Health Campus include:
- Level 4 Outreach Medical Oncology Service
- Level 4 Chemotherapy Unit
- Level 3 Haematology Service
- Tele-Oncology Service
Key responsibilities:
The primary responsibility of this position is to deliver safe and evidence-based care to patients within the Cancer Services practice setting, and to perform the role of clinical expert for the unit, providing professional advice and assistance in relation to clinical standards and practice, in conjunction with the Nursing Manager.

The successful applicant will have:
- Advanced skills and competence in the provision of patient assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of delivery of care, within the practice setting.
- Advanced team leadership and membership skills.
- Advanced communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
