About you:
- Bachelor of Nursing with current AHPRA registration
- Three years’ experience in a senior nursing role within a Residential Aged Care Service
- Familiarity with the new Aged Care Quality standards
- Proficiency in Quality Assurance Programs
- Strong communication skills across all levels
- Knowledge of Autumn Care is advantageous
Responsibilities:
- Provide approachable leadership and mentorship to a diverse team
- Foster effective communication and resident involvement in care planning
- Ensure adherence to evidence-based best practices and accurate documentation
- Stay abreast of legislative and best practice requirements
- Participate in recruitment, replacement, and assessment processes as necessary
- Assist in preparing rosters on a fortnightly basis
