As the Prostrate Cancer Specialist Nurse, you will work in partnership with the PCFA and multidisciplinary team to ensure patients diagnosed with prostate cancer receive exceptional coordinated and supportive care from diagnosis, through treatment and following discharge. You will provide comprehensive and individualised information and education to patients with prostrate cancer and facilitate education and guidance for the relevant clinical teams. About
You An experienced senior nurse with high-level organisational, communication and interpersonal skills with proven leadership qualities and developed clinical problem-solving skills. You will be a positive role model with a natural ability to mentor and support patients and staff.
You will also demonstrate: Relevant qualifications and AHPRA Registration A minimum of 3 years ‘experience Demonstrated advanced level of experience in cancer and/or Urological nursing Ability to collect and analyse data.
