Clinical Nurse Educator
Permanent Part-Time basis (48 hours fortnight). Port Macquarie Private Hospital.

About the Role
The Clinical Nurse Educator position is a hands-on role that will help provide education support to clinical staff and care for patients on afternoon/evenings and weekends by being involved in department orientation, in-servicing, clinical competency program within the department as well as excellent clinical care to patients.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced registered nurse or Nurse Educator to join a dynamic team.
About You;
- Current registration with AHPRA
- 3 years surgical experience
- Previous experience in an educator role is desirable
- Experience in the coordination and delivery of education
- An understanding of the theories and principles of adult learning
- Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to engage and motivate staff within a multi-disciplinary team
- Knowledge of policies, procedures and legislative requirements
- Holds a current Certificate IV TAE40116 or Assessors Skills Set or degree
- Sound computer skills (MS Word)
From PH - $55.79 + superannuation, exclusive of penalties or allowances.
