Where you will be working
Leeton Health Service is a 71 bed D1a peer grouped Community Hospital. Of the 71 beds, 38 are residential aged care beds and four bassinets.
The facility provides emergency, medical, palliative, obstetric, radiology and aged care services. A range of outpatient and community health services are also provided on the hospital grounds.
Leeton Health Service provides midwifery care with a Midwifery Group Practice, this small team of midwives provides antenatal, birthing and postnatal care to well women and neonates in the hospital setting and the community.

What you will be doing
Assess, plan, deliver and evaluate clinical education programs at the ward/unit level to support the education of nursing and midwifery staff to maintain quality care outcomes for patients and clients in accordance with the MLHD CNE/CME Framework.

Additional Information
- This is a Maternity Leave Relief Contract. The successful applicant will be a temporary replacement employee, covering a permanent employee on maternity leave for a fixed term or until the employee elects to return to duty, whichever occurs first.
