• Part Time (0.8FTE) - Term Contract (Temporary 12 Month Contract)

About the OpportunityWe currently have an exciting opportunity to join the Encompass (3D Health) team as a Clinical Nurse, where you will be responsible for:

• Provide nursing services in various health settings, progressing from competent to proficient practitioners.
• Deliver community health support services for children with disabilities and health care needs.
• Develop and implement individual health plans, training, and assessing health support workers' competencies.
• Manage an assigned caseload, review health plans, and reassess workers as needed.
• Provide leadership and support for Registered Nurses in other agencies.
• Train, clinically manage, and assess unlicensed healthcare workers for clients with complex health needs.

About YouTo be successful in this role, you will have:

• Registered or eligible for registration as a Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia and who holds, or who is eligible to hold, a current practicing certificate.
• Registered Nurse/Midwife with at least 3 years, full time equivalent, post registration experience.
• Demonstrated competence in the relevant area of nursing practice in accordance with the appropriate standards of practice.
• Effective communication, problem solving, conflict resolution and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Ability to prioritise workload and meet set timelines, whilst working under minimal supervision
