- Classification - RN/M2C - Clinical Nurse/Midwife LV2 - $84,870 to $107,279 pro rata
- Part Time (0.8FTE) - Term Contract (Temporary 12 Month Contract)
- Provide nursing services in various health settings, progressing from competent to proficient practitioners.
- Deliver community health support services for children with disabilities and health care needs.
- Develop and implement individual health plans, training, and assessing health support workers' competencies.
- Manage an assigned caseload, review health plans, and reassess workers as needed.
- Provide leadership and support for Registered Nurses in other agencies.
- Train, clinically manage, and assess unlicensed healthcare workers for clients with complex health needs.
- Registered or eligible for registration as a Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia and who holds, or who is eligible to hold, a current practicing certificate.
- Registered Nurse/Midwife with at least 3 years, full time equivalent, post registration experience.
- Demonstrated competence in the relevant area of nursing practice in accordance with the appropriate standards of practice.
- Effective communication, problem solving, conflict resolution and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Ability to prioritise workload and meet set timelines, whilst working under minimal supervision
