An exceptional opportunity is available for a senior Clinical Nurse who possesses outstanding interpersonal and customer service abilities, along with a dedication to providing top-notch patient care. This opportunity involves joining the ICU team as a Clinical Nurse leader at a private hospital in Perth.ABOUT THE POSITION Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing a standard of care according to the individual level of experience and education maintaining high-quality nursing care within a safe environment;
- Developing and utilising strategies that encourage an atmosphere conducive to effective leadership and advanced communication skills;
- Providing leadership for the implementation of service and quality improvement initiatives; participating in team meetings and providing clinical presentations to support the professional development of staff; championing National Standards in healthcare;
- Collaborating in planning, assessment, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care in partnership with patients and families in decision-making regarding care provision promoting best practice in delivering quality outcomes.
- Current Registration with AHPRA;
- At least 5 years of ICU Cardio-Thoracic nursing experience;
- Advanced communication and leadership skills;
- Bachelor of Science (Nursing);
- Post Graduate qualification in Critical Care-ICU;
- Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality patient care;
- Commitment to ongoing personal and professional development.
