Your next role:
- Choice of contract (minimum 6 months) or permanent
- Report into a passionate and experienced Facility Manager and receive support from a Clinical Nurse
- Hold responsibility for clinical care, ensuring the facility is compliant with legislation and accreditation requirements
- Complete clinical data audits, conduct trend analysis and deliver reports
- Develop and implement action plans, supporting a culture of continuous improvement and feedback
- Form positive relationships with residents and families to create client directed outcomes
- Ensure exceptional customer service from all staff and investigate and respond to feedback and complaints
- Manage, support and mentor a team of care staff ensuring the delivery of compassionate person centred care
- Design the role to suit you - option for contract or permanent
- Develop your skills by adapting to the unique challenges of working in a regional location with Indigenous communities
- Be supported by a Facility Manager, Operations Manager and Clinical Nurse
- Be guided and supported by your dedicated 3D Recruit Career Consultant, assisting with CV creation, interview preparation and career advice
- $125k + super + salary packaging + subsidised accommodation + remote area allowance
- AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse is essential
- Must have experience in a Clinical Nurse or Clinical Manager role within residential aged care
- Strong knowledge of the aged care standards and what is required to maintain compliance
- Driven, confident, resilient, flexible and passionate about delivering exceptional care and customer service
- Personable, with excellent communication skills and the ability to develop relationships at all levels
